Jennifer Marchetti is the Chief Marketing Officer for the Realogy Expansion Brands portfolio, including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and ERA®. She leads the teams responsible for brand marketing strategy, direct marketing, online marketing, franchise sales marketing, and communications for the portfolio. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Under her leadership, the brand developed its unique lifestyle marketing offering, including the Expect Better® campaign, the PinPointSM direct marketing tool, and the real estate industry’s most engaged social media strategy. Jennifer began her career as the Director of Corporate Communications with Trilogy, Inc., a privately-held software company based in Austin, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Duke University with a minor in Art History.

Andrew Linn

Andrew Linn is not only a third generation Floridian but is a second-generation Broker at ERA Davis & Linn. Prior to joining the team at ERA Davis & Linn, Andrew joined a large developer in Jacksonville as a project manager overseeing the horizontal development for two years. Once he obtained his real estate license in 2005 he quickly realized he loved the brokerage side of real estate. Andrew earned the National Rookie of the Year his first full year in the business. He was also in the 40 under 40 in 2008 class. Andrew continually engages with his management team with an eye on the future and a goal of improving daily. Inclusion and collaboration are keys to our success and Andrew draws from the many talents and perspectives within the Senior Management Team. Andrew currently serves on NEFAR Realtor Builder Committee and is a member of the Young Leaders Network of ERA.
